Cinnamon Roll Pull-Apart Bread Servings: 5 INGREDIENTS 8 ounces cream cheese 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 8 unbaked cinnamon rolls PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 325˚F/160˚C. 2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. 3. On a floured surface, flatten each cinnamon roll and spread cream cheese mixture on top. 4. Cut flattened roll in half and place one half on top of the other. Repeat for the rest of the cinnamon rolls. 5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Lay the pan vertically on its side, and stack cinnamon rolls cut side facing the bottom of the pan. 6. Cover the loaf pan loosely with foil and bake for 70 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes. 7. Drizzle with the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls. 8. Enjoy!
MILLE CREPE CAKE Servings: 8 INGREDIENTS For the crepes: 6 tablespoons (100 grams) butter 3 cups (675 milliliters) milk 6 eggs 1½ cups (210 grams) flour ⅔ cup (80 grams) cocoa powder 7 tablespoons (105 grams) sugar 4 cups (1 liter) whipped cream For the ganache: 1 cup (225 milliliters) heavy cream 4 tablespoons (200 grams) sugar 6 ounces (170 grams) chocolate 1 tablespoon (15 grams) butter ¼ cup (40 grams) powdered sugar, optional for topping PREPARATION 1. Make the crepes by warming melting the butter and allowing it to brown slightly. Set aside. 2. In the same pot, warm the milk. Remove from heat. 3. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix in eggs, then gradually mix in butter and warm milk. Chill. 4. On a nonstick skillet over medium heat, pour ¼ cup of crepe batter, and tip the pan to cover the entire bottom surface. Cook until bottom surface of crepe begins to brown, then flip. Repeat until all of the crepe batter is used. Cool crepes. 5. Stack crepes on top of each other, with whipped cream between each layer. Once assembled, trim edges for a cleaner look, if desired. 6. For the ganache, bring the heavy cream and sugar to a boil, and pour over chocolate and butter. Let cool, and spread over the crepe cake. 7. Top with sifted powdered sugar (optional). 8. Enjoy!

PUMPKIN PIE BITES #tastyjunior Serves 12 INGREDIENTS 1 15-ounce (425 grams) can pumpkin puree 1 12-ounce (354 ml) can evaporated milk ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon ground cloves ½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon salt 2 eggs 2 refrigerated pie crusts PREPARATION Preheat oven to 350°F/180˚C. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients thoroughly. Add the eggs and pumpkin, and mix. Gradually add the evaporated milk, mixing constantly. With a jar lid, cut 12 4-inch circles out of the pie crust. Press into each of the cups of a greased muffin tin. Pierce the bottoms of the crust gently with a fork. Fill each pie crust to the top with filling. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until top of crust becomes golden brown. Enjoy!
Oreo Brownie Cheesecake Bars
Cookies & Cream Brownie Cheesecake Bars Serves 10-12 INGREDIENTS 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions 24 ounces cream cheese, softened ¾ cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 36 chocolate sandwich cookies PREPARATION Preheat oven to 325°F/165°C and grease a 9×13 baking pan. Prepare the brownie mix in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and the sugar until there are no lumps. Add the egg and vanilla, stirring until evenly combined. Spread the brownie batter in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Place 24 of the sandwich cookies in a single layer on top of the brownie batter. To fill in the edges, cut 6 of the cookies in half and nudge those in. Pour the cheesecake batter on top, spreading it evenly over the cookies. Crush the remaining 6 cookies and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake batter. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden brown and the middle is slightly jiggly. Cool and chill for at least 2 hours.
Cranberry Apple Pie Crumble
Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Pie Cobbler To Make You ? Serves: 8-10 INGREDIENTS 1 14-ounce can of cranberry sauce 1 21-ounce can of apple pie filling 1 box yellow cake mix ½ cup butter Vanilla ice cream (optional) PREPARATION Pour cranberry sauce and apple pie filling into a slow cooker and evenly spread across the bottom. Pour cake mix into slow cooker in an even layer over apples and cranberry. Slice stick of butter into 8 slices and evenly distribute over cake mix. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Scoop directly from slow cooker into serving dishes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Serves 10 INGREDIENTS 5 granny smith apples 2 cans cinnamon rolls ½ cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon cornstarch PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C and spray a pie dish with nonstick oil. 2. Peel and cut the apples into thin slices and place in a bowl. 3. Add sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch to apples and stir. 4. Cut each cinnamon roll in half and roll out with flour until thin. 5. Layer the bottom of the pie dish with the flattened cinnamon rolls to create a bottom crust. 6. Add the apples and layer the rest of the rolls on top to create a closed crust, pinch any holes together with your fingers. 7. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. 8. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered. 9. Allow the pie to cool and drizzle with icing. 10. Enjoy!

Chop your Halloween candy into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, mix sugars and melted butter, whisk until mix turns lighter (around 8 minutes). Mix in eggs and vanilla, then salt and flour until completely blended. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
